The construction and the design of the house makes it naturally cool in the summer. However it has the benefit of air conditioning units in all rooms, which can also provide heat if needed in the Autumn.

The House is very easy to find and is conveniently situated close enough to a good road where you can pick up the local transport if you don’t wish to drive.
