Villa Gumsan
A very pretty 2 bedroomed villa, sleeping 4, on the popular gated complex of Gumsan near to the world famous village of Gumusluk.

Nestled in a small sheltered bay on the Bodrum Peninsula, Gumusluk is an area of outstanding natural beauty and the sea-front and the ancient ruins of Myndos have been classified as a conservation area.

Full of Turkish charm and character, this small village is famous for its fish restaurants at the water's edge and is much frequented by an international clientele and described by travel writers.

Newly constructed in 2005, the villa has been furnished and equipped with everything we think you need to holiday in comfort and relax and unwind - dishwasher, washing machine and of course air conditioning. Large shady terraces allow you to dine outside, while the roof top terrace is a must for sunbathing and also watching the sun go down behind the islands of the Aegean.

The complex is decorated with bougainvillea and hibiscus flowers and the sea is only 100m distant through a lemon grove. A small market sells daily essentials like bread and water, while the dolmus to Bodrum stops at the gate.
