This comfortable family villa is set in an olive grove with gorgeous uninterrupted views to the bay of Gundogan. Enjoy the special breeze or meltem which surrounds the villa and makes it cool even in the height of summer and that makes Gundogan such an attraction to watersports enthusiasts. The villa has been specifically designed with families in mind and offers ample accommodation so that everyone can have their 'own space'. The large well equipped kitchen is fully equipped for 8 guests and there are extensive terrace areas which open on to the garden with its stone built bbq. The salon, or lounge, has tv and satellite, comfy sofas for relaxing upon and is bright and airy. Guests are welcome to bring cds and use the music centre. Make use of the facilities and enjoy a bbq in the balmy evenings while watching the fishing boats returning to harbour.

With three double bedrooms, the master bedroom is ensuite and has a bath and shower, the villa can accommodate 6 in complete comfort. There are a further 2 bathrooms, one downstairs with shower and another on the first floor as a family bathroom.

The sea is a 5 minute walk and here you will find a small restaurant that is open all year round. Alternatively relax on the long sandy beach in the village with its fish restaurants built on jetties and perhaps join the windsurfers?

The villa is on a dolmus route into the village should you not wish to drive however we do recommend a car to explore this area to its full.
